## Constellation Doge Token

The native cryptographically-secured fungible protocol token of  Constellation Doge (ticker symbol $CsDoge) is a transferable representation of attributed utility functions,  which is designed to be used solely as an interoperable governance token thereon.

$CsDoge is a functional multi-utility token which will be used as the medium of exchange, and ecosystem governance between participants in the community. 

***The goal of introducing $CsDoge is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement between participants who interact within the Constellation Doge Ecosystem***  

It is not, and not intended to be, a medium of exchange accepted by the public (or a section of the public) as payment for goods or services or for the discharge of a debt; nor is it designed or intended to be used by any person as payment for any goods or services whatsoever that are not exclusively provided by the issuer. 

$CsDoge does not in any way represent any shareholding, participation, right, title, or interest in the Company, the Distributor, their respective affiliates, or any other company, enterprise or undertaking, nor will $CsDoge entitle token holders to any promise of fees, dividends, revenue, profits or investment returns, and are not intended to constitute securities in the United States, Singapore, or any relevant jurisdiction. 

$CsDoge may **only** be utilised in the **Constellation Doge Ecosystem,** and ownership of $CsDoge carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use $CsDoge as a means to enable usage of and interaction within the  **Constellation Doge Ecosystem**.

$CsDoge is an integral and indispensable part of the **Constellation Doge Ecosystem**, because without $CsDoge, there would be no incentive for users to expend resources to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the entire ecosystem. 

The $CsDoge token is an BEP-20 compliant token with special features.

There is a 12% $CsDoge tax on every buy and sell transaction, 3% out of which  goes to liquidity pool, while others will be used for further development of the ecosytem and marketing activities aimed at ensuring adoption.

It is not cross-chain, at this moment only BSC chains, but will be cross-chain in the near future.
